It's me again with another quick review of a game I've played recently and this time is is the beautiful Final Fantasy X HD Remaster.

I originally played this game years ago and I will admit now that I never completed it (please don't kill me FF fans). However I have been unable to put this HD remake down, it's taken over my commutes to work and my general spare downtime.

I remember the game being a magical experience, but the fact I can play it on a Vita fascinates me, especially if you're a person who has to travel a-lot for work like myself (Personally I would love all games to be available for handhelds - especially the Vitas high quality screen).

I heard a rumour that the creators actually stripped this game back to basics and built it up from scratch, which would make sense because its one of the best HD remasters of a game I've ever seen. The in-game graphics are smooth and crisp, it is on par with some of the current games available on these consoles. They have completely reshaped a-lot of the characters and some of the costumes have had a few new designs.

The cuts scenes are beautiful as always, and the voice acting which has been pulled from the original sounds clear and like it was recorded just yesterday.
Overall I am really impressed with this remaster and if you enjoyed the original and fancy a revisit then why not revisit it with an even more beautiful surrounding? This would also be a lovely starting point for someone looking to get involved in RPGs, with a gripping story, characters and visuals it'll have you pining for more!

Have you played this game or any other of the FF hd remasters?
