Tango Fiesta is a 80's inspired  4 player co-op shooter created by Spilt Milk Studios, the game is currently in early access over at Steam with 25% off! *

So I didn't want to do a full break-down review while this was in it's alpha early access stages. The game is clearly themed around 80's action heroes, the character choices thus far resemble some familiar movie faces including Robocop and Ash 'Hail to the King' Williams. 


You blast your way through stages which are clearly inspired by such famous 80's films, it is a top-down shooter which can easily be adapted to use with a controller. As said before it can be played 4-player co-op - I began by playing through single player to get to grips with playing with a keyboard and mouse. 

The game has it's glitches, but what game doesn't in it's alpha stages?! You battle through stages in multiple rounds collecting gold and other items on kill.


When it comes down to weapons you get quite a range, including some lethal ones. Including some pretty powerful assault rifles, shotguns and grenade launchers! All quite fun to play around with.

Personally once the alpha stages are out of the way I would LOVE this as an arcade title on Xbox/Playstation - as I can only imagine it would be super fun to play with. I'm assuming as it's being run with an Xbox controller set-up currently that this has crossed the developers minds.
