I recently received the OPI top THIS! set as a birthday present. I am a massive fan of OPI nail polishes, so I was really excited to try this out. The set contains 3 different top coats; a regular gloss top coat, a matte finish top coat, and a beautiful sparkly glitter top coat. I believe any girl who likes to paint their nails on a regular basis should invest in a decent top coat, to protect the colour and make it last longer - I'm terrible for chipping painted nails. I love the matte look on nails, however I've tried various drugstore brands and am yet to find a matte top coat that gives the right effect - OPI however, has impressed me. I love the finish you get from the matte top coat in this set, it's just right. And as for the sparkles, well, who doesn't love glitter? The 'Snowflakes in the Air' polish included in this set, has the perfect balance of varying sizes of glitter, giving really lovely unique finish. I tried both the regular top coat and the matte top coat over the glitter to get two different looks.

:O I think I might have to buy this! I've been meaning to try a matte top coat for ages and 'Snowflakes in the Air' looks amazing. I've not tried an OPI top coat yet. I'll have to sometime although I think it'll take a while for me to move on from Seche Vite :P
ReplyDeleteIf you can get 'Snowflakes in the air' on it's own, I would recommend it! It's so sparkly but if you put a matte top coat on it, it looks like snow :) Lauren x
